Establishing WIPO (since 2 July, 1976 );

Paris Convention for
the Protection of Industrial Property (since, 8 March, 1949 );

Madrid Agreement
Concerning the International Registration of Marks (since 8 March,
1949 ); and Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) (since 10 March, 1993 )

Bilateral Agreement
between Vietnam and United States of America on Copyright Protection
signed on 27 June 1997 , effective in late 1998
-
Agreement between
Vietnam and Switzeland on the protection of Intellectual Property
and on co-operation in the filed of Intellectual Property that took
effetc on 8 th June 2000
-
Trade Agreement
between Vietnam and United States of America approved by National
Assembly on 28 November 2001 , Chapter II on Intellectual Property

Bern Convention
(since 26 October 2004)
